Recommended use: For temporary relief of fatigue, promotion of endurance, enhancement of motor performance and help in the management of some forms of stress. Helps the body to metabolize proteins, fats and carbohydrates necessary for normal energy production.

Guarana extract (22% caffeine) 170 mg
Rhodiola extract (4% rosavin) 34 mg
Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate) 2.5 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) 2.5 mg
Niacin (inositol hexanicotinate) 2 mg
Vitamin B12 (hydroxycobalamin acetate) 334 mcg
Pantothenic acid 5 mg
Alpha lipoic acid 5 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate and vegetable capsules (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and purified water).
Recommended dosage: Adults take 3 capsules once daily with a meal.
Duration of Use: For occasional use only and for prolonged use consult a health care practitioner.

Consult a health care provider prior to use if you have hyperthyroidism, Grave's Disease, have high blood pressure, glaucoma, detrusor instability (overactive bladder syndrome), are taking dopamine, lithium, thyroid hormone medication and/or contraceptive medications. Consumption with natural health products (e.g. bitter orange extract, synephrine, octopamine, ephedra), or other drugs (e.g. ephedrine) which increase blood pressure is not recommended. Consumption with other caffeine-containing products (e.g. medications, coffee, tea, colas, cocoa, guarana, matŽ) is not recommended. Discontinue if you experience nausea, headache, fatigue, heartburn or joint pain. This product is not intended as a substitute for sleep.
