Providing:

Vitamin A (palmitate)                                            2.3 mg / 1265 mcg RAE/4235 IU

Vitamin D3 (cod liver oil/ cholecalciferol)               25 mcg/1000 IU

Non-medicinal ingredients: Natural lemon flavour and Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol).

 

Dosage: Adults: Take 1 teaspoon daily. Children aged 9 and up: Take 1 teaspoon daily. Shake well before using.

 

Risk information: Individuals on blood thinning medication should consult their health care practitioner before using cod liver oil. Cod liver oil can reduce blood pressure and increase bleeding time, therefore it should not be taken concomitantly with blood thinning medications.
